My signup was cancelled but the charges escalated from pre auth to posted on my credit card, how to get that refunded?

Did you schedule a callback on Koodo Assist? If it doesn’t work, you can also contact a Koodo rep by Facebook Messenger or Twitter.

Unlike most online merchants, Koodo pre-authorizes and then posts the charge regardless of order status. You will automatically get a refund in a few business days (unless they make a mistake.)
