So I just ordered a phone at Koodo online  last night and payed for it but I want to switch phones before it leaves the wear house I’ve emailed Koodo and they said they wouldn’t be able to get back to me till 2-5 business days! I want to switch phones now.  And I can’t call them that don’t work and no ones answering .

You may have to refuse it on delivery, and re-order. The warehouse is not really set up for order changes at the best of times, and just now is likely even less able to make changes post order.
