Confirmation email

Hello everyone...I ordered a new phone and didn’t get a confirmation email. I contacted the webstore and they asked me for my order number which i don’t have. The new line appears on my profil but no phone or email. My cc has been charged.:thinking:

So you added another line to your current account? If so and you saw an additional line in your account, I would suggest you check all email inbox including junk, spam for the order confirmation email. 

When you contact them you could also bring up the email of your account and the new number. they might be able to figure what happened with the order bases on those 2 information.
