Can’t upgrade my phone

I’ve been with koodo since last April, and now I want to upgrade my phone so I paid off the balance of $368, it says it will be on my next bill but when I try to complete my new order for the upgrade it says based on my profile I’m not eligible for one and to visit a Koodo store. Would there be a reason I’m not eligible? I’ve never missed a payment or anything.

You can add any Tab on your account, I don’t see why you are not allowed. You can also try to use a different browser or a different device and maybe clear the cache and cookies: https://koo.do/33YpKCm.

I’ve been with Koodo for at least 5 years, probably more. Never missed a single payment and should not have any tab balance on my account either. (My phone is 2.5 years old and their tabs only run for a maximum of 24 months). Despite that I get the same message and also cannot order a new phone through the webstore. Which is a real bummer because the battery on my old phone got so swollen it pushed the glass back right off and is a fire/explosion hazard.
