I been trying to log in to my account in my phone. I put my phone number in. It's said my number is invalid. And my email is too. I don't understand what's going on.

Are you a prepaid or postpaid customer? Did you successfully log into it before? Normally the email should be the one to use. If you forgot the password, you could reset it.
