Wi-Fi Calling

Hi there.

I just transferred my number to Koodo and I have limited signal at my home.

 

Can I enable Wi-Fi Calling for use at home? I followed your https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/wifi-calling page, but it says to contact Koodo to enable.

 

Searching this forum others have had VoLTE added to their account and then they can enable Wi-Fi Calling.

We have added the VoLTE feature for you, please restart your device and let us know if you can enable Wi-Fi Calling.
