Using unlocked phone, how do I now if it is provisioned properly?

I just switched over to Koodo, and am using my own unlocked phone. Do I need to contact someone at Koodo to check if it has been provisioned correctly?

Which phone was it? Most of the time, all you have to do is to put your Koodo sim into the phone.

It should be ok, make sure you had the volte add on in selfserve to enable volte and vowifi. Most of the time it was already there.

Thanks! I see I have volte but I don’t see vowifi. I also don’t see an option to add it in the add on section.

The volte access add on is enough. You can test by enable wifi calling in settings
