porting out from koodo

It has been 6hours applying porting out my koodo number to another carrier, but the status still pending…what can cause such long waiting? I have called the porting line and the rep just said it is in progress.

i have just a bill issued yesterday and i have not yet settled, will this be an issue preventing me to port out the number? I just want to wait until koodo issue me the final bill to settle the outstanding.

any one have any idea on this? Thanks

You should contact the new carrier because you are their customer now.

Is your Koodo phone line active? can you still making phone call on it. As long as the phone wasn’t suspended, it should be ok to be transfered out.
