I have two older Motorola phones that I would like to unlock, so I need a PIN for each, and I no longer have the Koodo account from which I purchased them. I have the IMEI and serial numbers. One is a Moto E, and one is a Moto G. Thank you.

Are you currently a Koodo customer?, if so you could it in selfserve.
If you are not, I recommend you contact them via Facebook messaging with the IMEIs

I’m no longer a Koodo customer, which is why I posted here. A consultant has already responded asking me for the IMEIs and I have responded. Thanks for your comment.
