We have had a Koodo home phone for 3 years at least. We used to get 4 or 5 bars always and phone quality was good. We have not moved the hub however, we only get at most 3 bars now. Quite often it drops to 2 or 1 bar. People call and can’t always hear us.  Is it possible that we need a new hub? If not, how can we solve the problem?

Have you tried moving it around the house to see if there's a place where it gets better reception?

Not lately but it’s current location is where we found it gave the best reception previously.

I’d try moving it around to see if you find a better area. It is possible that the hub has some degradation but it’s hard to confirm without some sim card swapping.

We tried moving the hub to multiple locations last night and reception didn’t improve. Now what?

Have you tried putting it in a location near a window? You may get better reception that way.

Do you happen to know the cellular tower nearby? Was there any new construction in your area? If there was, those new building could interfere with the cellular signal. Also I found winter wasn't the best time to have the best indoor signal and we tended to put more partitions covering the house and it could block the signal.
