I travelled to Turkey and I have no service since I have arrived. No data, no call and no sms. I am paying my bills on time. I cant reach koodo customer service.
Who can help me to solve the issue?
My koodo number is ****446. I got a local phone number *****58 68. Can any koodo customer service rep. call me from this local number pls.

Please don't post your personal information in a public forum.
Regarding the service, are you a postpaid custom? And did you enable easyroam in selfserve?
Also, have you tried to reset network settings of the phone when you arrived?
I activated easy roam and the problem is solved.
