Hi, I'm receiving messages but I can't call, already tested all network solutions but nothing ( reboot, network settings...). Somebody could help me?

I’ll flag a rep to see if there’s anything that can be reset backend. Following that, I’d suggest putting your sim card in any other phone to see if the problem follows.

I would love to get this fixed as I'm probably looking at having to switch carriers if I can't get it resolved. Not sure what changed after 4 months + of working service on this device.

@Francel @Daniel Smith We’ve checked the provisioning on our end and everything is active on the account, no errors on the backend.

Both the Xiaomi and the Nothing phone are not VoLTE compatible, which might be impacting calls. Are you able to test the SIM card in a VoLTE compatible phone? You can find the list of eligible phones here https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/volte

It seems like an update has forced some users from being able to make calls.

That doesn't really make sense. As I said the phone worked without issue for over 4 months. It is also VoLTE capable.

@MilkyWay please let me know if this can be fixed or undone as clearly this is breaking customers ability to use the service they are paying for and may force some of us elsewhere.

I have only heard it from a different source and do not have a way of resolving the issue, as I am not a Koodo employee. You may want to send a message to a rep on Facebook Messenger or Twitter and see if they can direct you to technical support. https://m.me/Koodo

I don't have 3G network anymore, I think that's why I've this issue. 4G is fine, I can do everything except the calls. But in 3G I can't.

That is unfortunate. If that is the case, you can consider upgrading to a device that is capable of using VoLTE with the Koodo network. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/volte

I tried it but not  network...

Now 3G network came back by itself. And I can call, everything is fine. I touched nothing...
