Cannot receive incoming calls on new wireless home phone account

I requested to port my old number to my new Koodo wireless home phone account.

I can make outgoing calls but cannot receive any incoming. My voip phone from my old service is still functioning, how much longer will I need to wait for my number to be ported over to Koodo? Please advise.

hi Zia,
Porting from a landline could take some few days, especially with the VoIP. I would give them 2,3 days.

Also, I would suggest you check in with the VoIP provider, some providers ask for a fee to let the number to be transferable.
