Hey Everyone. I woke up today and found my phone was overheating while charging (Possibly due to it being used while it was snowing yesterday). It was turning on and loading like normal, but then it shut off by itself. Now it is stuck in a boot loop, showing the samsung logo and secured by knox screen for about 10-15 seconds then it sorta flashes for a second and restarts and keeps doing this over and over.
My other issue is, I tried logging into self serve and I couldnt so i tried recovering my password and email and its giving me an error it wont send me a recovery email and its telling me to call koodo using *611 but, my phone is stuck in a boot loop….
uhh, any ideas?
Also, recovery mode by holding power button/home button + volume up, doesnt work at all. I can get into some sort of other screen by holding all the buttons, including power and both volume keys. Its odin mode? Or download mode? Idk what it is but it tells me i can continue or restart using the volume keys, and to be carefull when downloading a new os? Anyways, i dont know what that is.
