activating new SIM card

I signed up for Koodo account, I put in my Koodo SIM card and did not receive the activation code and now cannot receive texts or calls

Upon checking, we can see that a transfer of the number has been initiated in self serve.

Did you reply to the 2FA text message to authorize the transfer, as per the instructions here: https://koo.do/PortIn?
