With new tab plan will they also charge 5$ extra along with expected 15$?

I can see this in my monthly bill where 5 bugs is charged again as tab!! Monthly and other charges (Jan 11 to Feb 10) $35 300MB 300 min Plan $35.00 5pm Evenings & Weekends Additional data $5/100MB Data 300MB Unlimited SMS and MMS Tab Payoff $4.72 Tab Charge $15.00 Tab Charge $5.00 Total monthly and other charges ............................................................. $59.72

It's not supposed to be charged twice. Is it only this month?

Also, did you just sign up on Koodo recently or have you been a customer for a while? Have you always been charged both charges? Is this the first time its shown up like this?
Charged double in previous month also not before that .. I changed my phone and hence new plan .. so I had to pay off my previous tab of 4.72 .. but its odd that they charged 5 more bugs after charging 15 bugs as tab charge !

If you add all up - monthly charge $35 + Data overage $5 +Tab Payoff $4.72 +Tab Charge $15.00 = $59.72
This doesn't includes Tab Charge $5.00. If its included, it will be $64.72

Did you go over your data? 
What is your actual E-bill say?

What data overage? I don't understand your math; The total is right, but that's including the actual $5 tab charge, not the $5 "data charge".
She never mentioned being chared $5 for data and its not listed there. Where did you get the $5 overage from?

edit: oh, i think i know what you thought.  its just listing the additional data rate, not actually being charged? 😛 at least im 99% sure

I saw "Additional data $5/100MB"
That's why I thought there was data overage. I misread that.
But you don't need to tell me such a rude way.

I would call Koodo ask them why you have to pay another $5 since you paid off of $4.72.  
Also you should mention you were charged double in previous month.

No. They never charge you for inquiring bill or technical support  :)

Hey Daniel.. I called customer support .. They told it will be credited back to my account in next month bill ..They just told it happens sometime due to some system issue during plan change or an upgrade but will be credited back to account in next month bill ..
