Hi, the Wireless Code says that my provider can not change my plan without my consent during the service term and that if they force me to change it, I'd be able to leave without paying any cancellation fees (which is Koodo Tab balance) but my Koodo agreement (which was signed yesterday, therefore subject to the Wireless Code) says "...we won't change your plan without your consent, ***as long as the plan is in market***". What I understand from this is that Koodo can remove my plan from the market and be able to change my (and others') plan to something else whenever they want even though we're on contract (Tab), is that right? Does this mean that Koodo is able to bypass the Wireless Code by calling their contract "Tab" and not giving a definite date for when the Tab balance will become zero? I'm asking because if they' have the right to change my plan without my consent before my Tab balance reaches zero, I'll return the phone and go back to TELUS (same company anyway!).
