Why was positive tab waived and how do I get it back?

Looking to purchase a new phone. I’ve had an outstanding positive balance for a long time.

The balance got waived on July 2020, for some unknown reason, and now has a zero balance.

What happened to it. Can I get it back. Thanks

All the balances were turned into offers and placed onto the account.

During the checkout process you should see a credit somewhere for the positive tab balance. Usually you have to add a phone to your cart to see it.

If you don't though you can reach out to koodo to verify things and have it reinstated if its supposed to be there. Easiest way would be a pm via Facebook.
