why do I keep paying 15$ for my tab while the historic tells me it has been at 0 since August?

Why is my bill of 80$ when my plan is of 55$ and that paid off my tab in August.

The bill tells me I still give the 15$.

I feel robbed.

Can you check your Tab history through self serve and post a screenshot without personal info?

What is your billing cycle?

I overpaid $7.50 per month for 2 years and have had no success with Koodo. Now they’re suddenly charging for long-distance while that was included in my plan.

And we need to know why you over paid $7.50 each month for 2 years?  Was it for Tab or just to build a credit on your account?

And what kind of long-distance charge? Within Canada? Or to USA?   What plan do you have and how many minutes are included?
