When I log into self serve, I can only see the tab balance. Where can I see if I have a tab bonus?

If you don't see it, then you must bought your phone without Tab bonus/Activation credit.
If you have a tub bonus, it looks like this.

I got a Samsung S10 on a Medium tab

What day did you buy it?
Any phones bought as of August 25, 2019 would have a tab bonus that you would have to pay back. (Given it was discounted at the time)
