what happens to my negative tab if I switch to a new plan


I have a -65 tab remaining on my son's phone. If I switched his plan to one of the new plans, what happens to the $65 owed on the tab? Is it divided by 24 and added to the bill?

If you want one of the new plans then you'd need to pay off your existing tab, if any, and call customer service to switch to the new plans. There's no service charge since this isn't something you can do on your own via self serve. Note: if you're currently getting the 10% BYOD discount, it t is also not compatible with the new plans. And you'll loose it if you switch to a newer plan.
