I find that the value that used to accommodate the great service provided by Koodo to be slipping out the door. Now the tab service costs extra, and the price of a decent plan is way higher then it use to be 5 years go. (40% - 50% Higher). I use to hold Koodo in high regard but now I'm becoming less enthusiastic about updates and offers because they show no where near the value that they use to. It seems to be all about grabbing new customers rather then improving the services to existing ones.
