So I've ordered-then-returned an Essential phone (through the webstore).
According to tracking # of the return prepaid enveloppe, phone was received by Koodo on Jan 17, 2018.
I didn't hear anything from them so I wrote an email to inquire on Feb 7, 2018 (Koodo.WebStore@koodomobile.com).
I have yet to receive a reply or an acknowledgement, and I'm still paying the monthly tab charge.
Do you know how long it usually takes to hear back from them and to have the tab reversed (and charges dropped)?
