Tab payment on phone return

Hi koodoo. I recently upgraded my phone, but decided to change it. i returned the phone to koodoo (i returned to sended as it was delivered by purolator)
Now im trying to select a different phone on the website but it says i need to pay my negative tab charge first.
Do i have to wait for the initial refund to go through?

If you want to upgrade your phone and not adding another line, you would have to wait for the Tab balance to clear before doing so.

So the Purolator tracking said the phone was returned back to Koodo? Could you check the tracking number and see if it was delivered back to their hub? Sometimes, “return to sender” could take longer. You could also contact the webstore and and ask them about the order, email them at koodo.webstore@koodomobile.com You should include your order number and email address so they can provide detail.
