Tab is cleared after 24 months for old customers?


I joined Koodo in August 2011. My tab started at -150. It will be my 24th month with Koodo at the end of August 2013. Does this mean that my tab will be set to 0 again starting September? Thank you!

It will not, your tab balance will continue to be paid down as before. If you do upgrade to a new phone, though, you can keep your current plan and your tab will then be switched to the 15% credit with the balance cleared after 24 months.

This new Tab system require a device upgraded/purchased on the Tab after July 14, 2013.

No because you have to be on the new plans that use the Tab S, Tab M and Tab L.

Tab S works with any (old) plan, and Tab M with any (old) over $30 plan, John. And thank goodness for that!!! But yes you do need a new phone to qualify for the new 2 year Tab 🙂
