Tab Increase

I currently qualify for only a small or large tab, I am wanting to upgrade my phone. I called Koodo recently to see if I would qualify to increase tab to a large to x large to purchase the iPhone XR. I did not get a straight answer from Koodo when inquiring. How long does it take to qualify, the customer service told me could be 6 months, could be one year, but that he didn’t have a answer? Customer service cannot tell me when they can increase my tab limit?

It is depended on your account history with Koodo and several credit factors. Have you paid on time all the time and your credit was good?

You can try to upgrade yourself in your selfserve, if you cannot do it, then they might want to ask someone from Koodo / a rep instore to recheck your credit again.

Are you on the spending limit program? If not, you should be able to use a Tab large now.

In general its around 6-8 months given good account and payment history along with some other factors like Dinh said.
