tab contributions

Ok so I know I have a positive balance on my tab. but it dosent say anywhere how much I am paying...I was hoping I could tell when I could upgrade to a new phone this way

Koodo doesn't restrict you. You can upgrade whenever you like.

I have a tab balance of 70$... if I upgrade it would be towards a 5s  nothing else
since I don't want a wide phone

Hello Patricia. Once you reach a positive tab you won't pay anything. If you're on the old system, Koodo will contribute 15% towards your tab. If you want to buy a phone, refer to Chad's post!

I will just stay on course... . I got a promotion text from koodos saying I had a positive balance and I could upgrade. The way it looked to me was I was still paying the tab though it was over, then I thought I could accumulate towards my next phone since it says in the popular questions I can use this amount towards a new phone. I wish Koodos would be more forthcoming with these promos

You are accumulating tab towards a new phone up to 150$ but it's paid at 15% of your bill each month.

plus apple care. whether I can transfer my existing apple care to my new phone or not im pretty sure it expired last month
I don't really need a new phone, but I would like the thumb print lock button (Privacy is important and only came out after I bought my iphone 5) and some extra memory would be nice if I can at that time.

You cant transfer AppleCare. Unfortunately. You'd have to purchase a new AppleCare plan for the new phone. If this is the phone you want and you're having a difficult time finding the money for it, then either just save for a little longer and buy it when you can afford it or I'd look at a cheaper option
