Bought a phone in Aug 2018 with a $240.00 tab, first bill was charged 10 plus taxes on August 24, 2018. Currently pay $123.20/month for my phone and tab. On June 24, 2020 invoice by tab balance was -10.00, then paid $123.20 on July 24, 2020 invoice which should have paid the balance of my tab off; however, this did not register on the tab calculation even though they charged me for it. On August 24, 2020 invoice again changed me $123.20 with $10.00 + taxes to tab. Tab not paid off per their records but for me the have overcharged me by $11.20 as I should not have been charged in August for the Tab. In September 24, 2020 my bill had dropped back to normal. How can I get my money back from Koodo as the Koodo Assistant you cannot log any issues with.
