Tab Balance


Whenever I click to view my tab balance its says "Oh no!  An error has occurred. Please refresh the page or try again later."
Please note this is [b]EVERYTIME I try to check the balance.. not just a random happening.. I have no idea what my tab balance is, I have never been able to check it.

Try clearing the cache and cookies from your browser or using a different browser
Didnt work. We have 2 phones. One shows the tab balance perfectly fine. The other shows an error screen.

Kerry, are you able to see the TAB balance for your lines on your e.bill?

Hey Kerry! Bernard is right. On each of your bills, you will have your closing tab balance for each line for that month. Are you able to see them? Keep us posted!
Nope on his bill there is nothing about a tab just mine... It doesn't matter I guess.. I was just curious
I'm seeing the same issue. Tried IE, Firefox, Chrome; none of them works. Couldn't find a tab balance on my monthly bill either.
