I have issue with my tab. It's negative but when I want to checkout. You ask me to pay my balance. What I already cleared out

Negative means you still have a tab owing. 

Wasyour tab supposed to have been fully paid off? 

My balance is full paid from months.

If you go ahead with it, what amount does s it say you need to pay? If it's ultimately zero and you don't get charged, may as well just go ahead.

Hello there! If your last upgrade was after August 2019, besides your remaining tab ( that you paid ), you might also have a Tab bonus remaining and this might block the upgrade. You can see more about the Tab Bonus here https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/Tab-bonus and on your agreement you can see the amount of if.
