My tab has reached a zero balance but Koodo is still charging me the amount. How do I turn tab off so it does not accumulate anymore. My monthly bill should have gone down in price but it has not.

This has happened to a few people lately. Double check that you've gone through you're 24 months worth of paying and if so then you'll have to get in contact with customer service.

Easiest way would be a pm to Koodo via Facebook or Twitter.
