I've been a loyal customer to Koodo for years now and I’m wondering why they won’t take the protection plan off and won’t let me get a new phone on the tab I desperately need a new phone due to mine is an iPhone 5s and it keeps cutting out whenever I’m in any building and no matter the service bars I have I really would like to know why this is

Which plan are you on now? To get a Tab, they would ask you to run a credit check https://www.koodomobile.com/help/credit-check-requirements If your credit history was good, there shouldn't be any problem.
What was the error when you tried to buy a phone on a Tab from Koodo?

You should be ablw to remove the protection plan add-on on self serve. What happens when you try to do this?
