I bought an unlocked phone from a source other than Koodo. When I go to Self-Serve -> Mobile Phone -> Change Phone, I select Upgrade My Current Phone, but then I'm asked for a New SIM Card Number. As the SIM from my old Koodo phone fits my new phone, I have just reused it. I would like to switch my TAB to No TAB, so that I can receive 10% off my monthly bill. Am I able to change my TAB in the Self-Serve, or do I have to call in?
