Says "$75.00 Tab waive on your Tab balance" but when I go to purchase phone online it says I will be charged the remaining tab balance on my next bill?

The $75 remaining on my tab isn't being waived when I try to purchase the phone online.

It’s likely the system. You need to agree to pay off your Tab on next bill. But it will be credit on the next bill.
Take a screenshot of your offer, then if there is no credit/wave for your Tab on next bill, you can contact them to receive Tab wave credit
