Rewards for Loyal Koodo Customers (increased Tab)


How about after a year and every year after your tab increases by $25 to $50. First Year of Service Tab = $150 Second Year of Service Tab = $175 Third Year of Service Tab = $200 Fourth Year of Service Tab = $250 Fifth Year of Service Tab = $300 Cap it at like $300 though. Doing this would make it so people upgrade to more expensive phones and increase the amount of referrals koodo would get as well. more customers = more money. If you do this can I have a S4 LOL 😃

This has already been suggested multiple times, Next time you have an idea type it into the search box at the top right hand corner of the screen and if it comes up and you have the same idea just add to an existing idea. Here's a few of said same ideas of increasing the tab http://community.koodomobile.com/koodo/searches?query=increase+tab&x=0&y=0&style=topics If you have the same idea or like an idea also give the idea a +1 to show Koodo that there is interest for said idea.
I did read a few similar threads on this subject, the key word here is "Similar" not exactly the same. Bumping older threads that aren't the same would not yield the desired results.

Actually Chris it's stated in the guidelines for posting ideas to check and make sure nobody else has posted an idea before posting Chris so I'm thinking they do mind and want ppl to just +1 the idea if it's already posted. Just like what Chris said, if Koodo mind then the Community Admins (Employees) would have already deleted those threads but I dont see any repeated threads deleted yet. So they dont mind and its only a "Guideline," It is not a Terms and Condition and there is no banning on this forum. So it doesn't matter if there is already more than one idea posted.

Now Koodo doesn't make money on their phones this is true, they make the money on the bills, and fees, so while they wouldn't make money on the devices, this would be a good idea for the company to do because lets face it, it's the illusion that me the customer is getting awarded for my loyalty which I would be, the kicker and where it pays off for the company is that, you have just hooked me into a contract for service of sorts for that many more months as a client till I pay off that tab, or if I want to live pay the tab to leave. So very much so it work exactly like contracts that big brother telus does.

Sarah, Koodo is also not making BIG BUCKS on plans as they are already the most competitive. The phones that you buy with Koodo are extremely subsidized, the prices for the same phones are the same as prices for refurbished from other carriers. So your opinion that Koodo is making a lot of money from plans is totally not true and the prices for the phones are already the cheapest in the mobile world. I hope it makes sense. Also, there is no cancellation fees like on a contract.

Oh please Erwin, let's call a cat a cat... Koodo is a profitable and it will continue to be profitable. Telecom in Canada is one of the most profitable sectors. Now don't get me wrong, there is nothing wrong in making profits. Hell, I have a business and I want to make profits off my business also and if I can make a lot of profits, I will grab that opportunity, but Telus\Koodo not making good profits ? Come on Erwin...

the 300$ phone bill i got last summer for data usage while I was switching ISP's tells me they are making money off of plans. Also I pay 69$ a month and make maybe 40 phone calls 40 texts and some light FB while i'm bored sitting at Tims for lunch. How many more people are there like me? Tonnes of money to be made... Like it was said above it is a Illusion, not only would it make me feel like I am getting loyalty rewards but it would also help to keep me as koodo customer, I am happy they are happy. pewpew.
Anyways why all this bickering? If none of us are being paid or paying for this service I see no need to debate the suggestion at hand, Tired of my outlook beepin me....
