Returned phone - Tab hasn't been removed

Hi, I have mailed back the phone I ordered from webstore last week and CanadaPost notification shows the phone was delivered Monday morning to Koodo mailroom in Mississauga, ON. I haven't heard anything back since then and I can still see my Tab balance when I log in self-service.
How long does it take to process the return?

If they have received the phone, it shouldn't take more than a couple of days to process the return and clear your tab. You might want to contact them to see what is taking so long.

Thanks. Will call them today. Do you know if the rep can contact warehouse and see what was going on ?

I was waiting on the line for over an hour and the rep checked system then said the phone was received and back to their system. Cleared my Tab and refunded my upgrade credits.
