Replacing lost phone


I lost my iphone & still have a tab to pay off. If I go to koodo to get a new phone will they allow me to charge both my left over tab and my new phone to my bill? Or do i have to pay upfront ... No credit limit either

Have you suspended your device yet? First do that in self serve if you haven't already. Mobile phone> lost or suspend phone. Next you can also pay off your entire tab in self serve and have it applied to your bill. Now you're free to get whatever phone you like from a koodo kiosk, the website or elsewhere as long as it's either unlocked or locked to koodo.

You can also use your remaining available Tab towards your new phone if you don't want to pay it all off now & start a new Tab.

Hi John, you can't do this anymore as the remaining Tab must be paid off before using a new one. Thank you!

How do u put a remaining tab towards new phone.. Dont u have to pay off old tab before start new one it says i have -180

I'm pretty sure with the new CRTC code you became unable to put your remaining tab towards the new phone. As such I'm pretty sure you'll have to pay your tab off (I'm almost certain this can go on your bill) before getting the new phone. The charge for the new phone you will most likely have to pay in store though.
