Hi! I bought a samsung galaxy s20 fe 5g last November 2 with upfront $158, $33 monthly tab charge and tab bonus then I found out they changed the price with $0 upfront and $25 monthly tab charge now. Is there any chance that Koodo can change my monthly tab charge and refund the $158?

If you purchased from the webstore you have 30 days to return your phone/price protection. If you purchased in store it is only 15 days
