Is it possible for an account to have a positive tab value? If it does not go to positive once hitting zero, what do the customers get in lieu of the 10% off their tab each month?

Yes you gain a positive tab after reaching zero and can gain a positive $150 to use towards a new phone. So if you have +$150 you can actually use $300 on the tab then you'd be back at - $150 on the tab & pay it off like usual.

Yes you gain a positive tab after reaching zero and can gain a positive $150 to use towards a new...Just to clarifiy what Kid correctly said: +150 is the max. You can not have more than that on the tab, just as -150 is the max you can owe. If you should ever cancel your Koodo account, you'll have to pay anything you owe on the tab. However, if you have a positive tab, there will be no payout. This balance will be forfeited.
