Positive Tab Balance but still paying a Tab charge ?


I have a positive tab balance and am still being charged the $5 / mo tab charge. All of the documentation here suggests I shouldn't be paying that $5 / month any more, what is going on ?

Well that's not right. Call Koodo and speak to a rep. There must be a mistake. *611 from your phone. We don't have access to your account here in the community. Let us know.
