ordered wrong phone


Hello, my husband ordered a new phone for me using my tab (long story short, I wanted a flip phone with a keyboard because i mainly text, and he ordered a regular old flip-style phone that is impossible to text on...) I have the phone here, I haven't opened it at all, how do i go about sending it back and ordering a phone I can actually use? 😉 Thanks for your help 😃

Did you ordered online? From Koodo's website: Online purchases should be returned via mail and can be initiated by calling *611 from your Koodo Mobile phone, toll free at 1-866-99-KOODO or 647-788-4337. As Koodo no longer offers any flip phones with a QWERTY keyboard, you may have to look into buying an unlocked phone elsewhere if you must have a phone like that. Just make sure it support's Koodo's 3G frequency bands, which are 850/1900 (referred to as either 3G, UMTS, HSPA, or WCDMA).
