What is the actual duration of the status being changed from “Being Reviewed” to delivery ?
The website said 3 to 5 days while ordering . My phone died recently and I am currently using a temporary one , would be great to have the order processed within the given timeline - or faster .

It depends how many orders there are at a given time. I’d stick to what the website told you as an estimate. Also, you can always go in store (if they’re open)
Do I have the option to collect the phone from the store , even though the order was placed online ?
No you don’t. You’d have to cancel the order an buy in-store
