Old tab, want new plan


I am looking at upgrading my plan to the $45/month promotional that has 1GB of data. To do so Koodo asks me if I agree to the new tab terms. However, I have a positive tab balance of $8+ that I have accumulated and I'm wondering if that would be credited to my account when I switch over to the "new tab". I am not buying a new phone at this moment, just looking to switch plans.

The 8 dollar positive tab will remain on your account until you use it to buy a new phone on the new tab system. It has no other value.

Awesome, just wanted to make sure I would not lose it if I upgraded to the new tab without buying a phone, thank you!
