No Tab but being charged for Tab anyway


Hi, I am being charged for a Tab but I don't have a Tab. I want the Tab charges removed from my bills. Who do I contact and how?

How did you get charged for the Tab, Pierce? Are you on one of the newer plans with a separate Tab or the older plan with the 15% Koodo contribution?
I have two phone numbers on one account. I have had a $1 Tab charge added to each phone line, yet my plan clearly states "No Tab".  
More info.. I bought the phones outright, paid for entirely. Activated them with koodo. Don't know how or why I'm being charged for a Tab... Thank you very much for assisting me!

Hey Pierce, You'll need to contact a koodo rep to get this cleared up. You can send them a face book message: http://m.me/koodo Or you can send them I direct tweet. Don't bother calling as the wait times are redonkulous. You'll just wind up glassin' the whole time. They keep their jeans high and tight over there at the center. The messenger stuff is big time.
