Negative Values in Self Serve???

When logging into my self serve i noticed some weird values. i checked my last bill. i have 2$ carry over from the previous months bill plus this months bill and tax left my bill at 56.50 on june 13th i paid 40, and on the 20th i paid 60 for a total or 100. now it says total due $-41.45 meaning i over paid and am ahead of my bill correct?

ok

now when i look at my tab it says i have a tab balance of -80.25

does this mean if i had a tab of 200 that ive paid of 119.75??? and i still ow 80.25??? or because its a negative value they ow me the 80.25 like in my bill above?or have i over paid the tab by 80 like my bill above?

Ive had my phone for over 2 years so shouldn't my tab be cleared out. after the New Canadian laws were passed i remember reading on the koodo site that if u have a tab and u get to 2 years and there is still a balance koodo would wipe it out.

can anyone shed some lighT??

On the tab it starts at zero and then goes to negative when you owe Koodo. Once it gets to zero you owe nothing. If it has indeed been over two years then you'll need to contact koodo over the phone and discuss it. As far as your bill, if you see a negative balance due then you've overpaid somewhere and they owe you money. It'll be applied toward your next bill. If you want a cheque instead, you'll again have to call in and request one.
