Need information on my order #HFO22312171


Just bought a new 64GB Gold iPhone 8 Plus and the order status is stuck in “reviewing” . I have tried calling and emailing for a status update and Koodo is not answering either way. Are there any Koodo employees out there who can help me please??

They posted a delay of 5-7 business day last week, I suspect it was the cause of the problem. I would wait for 1,2 days more. The webstore is hard to reach this day. If after 1,2 days, you didn't receive any update, you could contact the normal help line, they should look into it for you.

If you ordered last Monday, then it's not stuck and Reviewing is normal. The status is what you looked up.
If you Call or email the webstore it will be a long frustrating wait and they will tell you the status is Reviewing. Save your self the trouble. It's only been 5 or 6 business days
