need clarification on Tab balance

hi, i recently got an e-mail saying that my available tab balance has been adjusted in my current bill by giving credit. my current tab balance was $98.72 but credited only $66 ($59 in my current bill and $7 in next bill). now my tab balance is showing$0 after adjusting $98.72. can you please advise where the balance $32.72 have gone ??

Are you sure it's your Tab balance and not your bill due amount? I don't understand the #S you posted. Any chance you can post a screenshot of your Tab redemption history?

This is a mainly customer driven community and accounts can't be accessed from here. You would need to call Koodo at *611 from your Koodo phone to inquire about your question(s). Only they would really know.
