My daughter's phone took a water bath. We need to get her new phone and we also want to upgrade her plan. There is an outstanding amount of about $105 on her tab. What is the process to do this? We also need to update her plan to more data availability. Do I just pay off her current tab and then shop for a new phone and put it on new tab or is there a different process to follow? Her phone is currently on my plan and we need it to stay that way.

Log into self serve and you can pay off your/her Tab balance. It will be added on your next bill.
Then you can go to Koodo store to pick up a new phone on a new Tab.
Or you can buy it via online store.
And you can change your/her plan as soon as you paid off your tab.
But it's better to change it at the last day of your billing cycle to avoid any prorated charges.
