my credit card declined but you show the bill is paid?

online transactions were suspended on my credit card and the Koodo auto payment was denied. and yet you show nothing owing. I don't want to be hit with charges later. Who can tell me if there's anything owing.

Self-serve will tell you that. If you're concerned then send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or do via Twitter and a rep will be able to confirm about payment being received.
