I switched from prepaid to monthly, and my money has not been transfered over like the rep promised on the phone. I scheduled a callback, and when I talked to the rep he told me that it would just take a day or two to get the money transfered. However, its been a week, and I still am missing several hundred dollars that I payed for in pre pay vouchers. I'm really worried about this, and my bil has already come up but my tab balance is 0.00.

Unfortunately for this you will need to speak with a koodo rep again. You can schedule a callback via koodo assist
